How do I create an account ?

Go to the registration page. Choose a username and password, and enter a valid email address. You will receive a confirmation email containing a hyperlink. Click this link to confirm your email address . Welcome to the cmmunity!

I did not receive the confirmation email.

First, make sure that the confirmation email is not in your spam or junk mailbox. If you are positive that you did not receive a confirmation email, contact us and we will take the necessary steps.

How do I upload an avatar from a file?

When you are logged in, access your profile and click either "my account" (on the menu bar below your username) or "edit my account" (in the sidebar to the right) to access your profile settings, then click on "avatar".Check the box certifying that you have the right to distribute this image.Browse your files to find the appropriate picture.Select the photo to upload, check "save", and if the picture is an acceptable size and file type, it will display.

How do I send a message?

When logged in, select "Compose" in your Inbox. Type in the names of the friends you would like to send a message to (you can send a message only to your contacts). Type a subject, write your message and click "send." The person you send the message to will be notified the next time they log in, or by a notification email, depending upon their account preferences.

I accidentally deleted a message. Can I get it back?

No, there is no way to recover messages that have been deleted.

Is it possible to download videos from Witty?

For legal reasons, it is impossible to download videos from Witty. You can, however, add videos to your favorites, making them easy to find again.

I uploaded a video but cannot see it. Where is it?

2 answers.. .1 Before a video gets posted the Child Safe Team needs to approve the videos. (It usually takes less than one hour) Once a video is approved, the video shows up on the homepage for 24 hours. After that, it stays in your "family page" and can also be viewed through the search feature. It also plays on random rotate on the home page.
